  • Our studio has years of experience bringing our clients’ brand, story, campaign, or message to life with behind-the-scenes, human interest, corporate engagement, documentary, commercial, event, social media and crowdfunding videos that integrate music, motion design/captions, and narration. The team conceptualizes each video with scripting and storyboarding, diving into camera work, sound engineering, digital editing, motion graphics, web-readiness, and video production. The result is impactful and engaging videos with emotional hooks tailored to the client’s goals.

  • “Imagination Over Reality” is an inspiring, collaborative mural between developers, a nonprofit and a rock icon—creating a whole lot of good! AFH and the legendary multi-media artist David Byrne created a 120' mural that can be publicly viewed along the interior public passageway in the lobby of CRISPR Therapeutics' HQ in South Boston. Our Photography and Video Production Studio captured the story and documented this unlikely partnership, that keeps on giving!

"The skill is just amazing! You'd be lucky to get this from any artist and here you're getting it from young artists who are doing incredible work!" —David Byrne, Artist

  • Harvard University’s A.R.T. commissioned us to paint a large-scale backdrop for their musical – 1776 – the retelling of the signing of the Declaration of Independence by the founding fathers - this time around, to include those who were not in the room. The AFH team took on the challenge beautifully, producing a mesmerizing large-scale painting.  Surpassing their expectations, A.R.T. decided to feature the painting for future runs of the musical. The painting, and reproductions based off of a high-res photo shoot by our Photography Studio, will travel to 13 cities around the country in 2023 to catalyze conversations with Americans. Our Video Production Studio captured the process and impact.

  • Commissioned by the law firm Foley Hoag, AFH created the exhibition The Art of Change—a series of five 4'x5' paintings, created in dialogue with Foley Hoag's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. Works depict seminal social and literary activists whose commitments mirrored the clients' legal efforts on behalf of those striving for a more equitable society. Accompanied by a graphic installation, the commissioned paintings are exhibited along a prominent hallway at the entrance to the law firm. The inclusion of a video of the exhibition's making created by our Video Production Studio extends both the reach and the story of the partnership.

  • THIS IS NOW! Over three consecutive evenings, teen-inspired art from our Voices of the Future collection was projected on well-known Boston landmarks and live-streamed for public viewing. The talent, feelings and concerns of AFH fine artists, designers, and animators was shared for all to see! Our “intersectional” times call for our teen voices to be raised in response. Our first Community Arts Initiative, the project kickstarted our new Creative Technology Studio. Our Graphic Design Studio designed the event logo.

  • BCC and AFH came together to film the music “Hope Lingers On” at the Underground at Ink Block in South Boston. Singers from Boston and beyond came together socially distanced, masked, and COVID safe, over two days to work on this project. “Hope Lingers On” is a reflection on hope during these difficult times. “I will not hate. I will not fear. In our darkest hour, hope lingers here.”
